Owner & President
Leo Nainoa Campagna is the owner of Grey Owl Property Inspections, Inc. As a young Native Hawaiian entrepreneur, Leo understands the importance of customer service and delivering inspections with quality and care. With over ten years of entrepreneurial experience, Leo’s background also includes Aerospace Engineering for the Air Force/Space Force. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensure that every inspection is handled professionally, with a smile, and to the highest standards.
Carl Campagna
Inspector & Project Manager
Carl Campagna brings over thirty years of experience in construction and entrepreneurship to the Grey Owl team. His background spans program, project, and construction management for residential, commercial, state, and federal projects, including new builds, renovations, and facilities management. Carl has overseen everything from single and multi-unit dwellings to multi-use facilities and renewable energy projects. Carl also holds an MBA from UH Manoa, further enhancing his ability to manage complex inspection projects with precision and efficiency.
